You’ll stay in carefully selected lodges near Bwindi, enjoy guided trekking with expert rangers, and experience the rare privilege of observing mountain gorillas up close in their natural environment.
Day 1: Fly from Entebbe to Bwindi
Your safari begins with a transfer to Entebbe International Airport for a scheduled or charter flight to Bwindi. As you fly over Uganda, enjoy stunning aerial views of rolling hills, forests, and lakes.
Depending on your gorilla trekking sector, you’ll land at nearby airstrips such as Kisoro, Kihihi, or Kayonza. Upon arrival, your guide will transfer you to your lodge for relaxation.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing. You’ll be assigned a gorilla family in small groups of up to eight people.
The trek can take 2 to 6 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location. Once you find them, you’ll spend one magical hour observing their behavior—feeding, playing, and interacting in the wild.
After the trek, return to your lodge to relax and reflect on this extraordinary experience.

Day 3: Fly Back to Entebbe
